Wedding Day Schedule

Below is an itinerary just to give you an idea of times and locations however there will be some last minute changes to this schedule, which we will make you aware of upon arrival in Vic Falls

Pre-Ceremony

• 3:00pm- Bus does pick up from Lokathula and Elephant Hills remind people to be 5min early to there pick up locations.
• 3:10pm -Bus leaves
• 3:35pm-Seating guests

Ceremony

• 3:45pm -Music starts
• 3:55pm Rowland and Luzanne arrive
• 4:00pm- Ceremony
• 4:20pm- Ceremony ends and photos start
• 4:30pm- Family photos start
• 5:00pm- Leave for Reception

Reception Dinner

• 5:30pm- Canapes and drinks are serve
• 5:30pm- Monty introduces Bride and groom at arrival
• 6:00pm- Dad thanks everyone for coming
• 6:10pm- Starters are served
• 6:30pm- Monty introduces Jeff Koziol and then Zelda Hunter for speeches
• 7:00pm- Main course
• 7:30pm- Jeff Davis does a speech
• 7:40pm- Rowland’s speech
• 7:50pm- Dessert is served
• 8:15pm- Couple cut cake

Reception Dance

• 8:20pm- First dance
• 8:30pm- Father Daughter dance
• 8:45pm- Dance and drink good wine......

Closings and Good-byes

• 11:45- Bridge and Groom depart
• 12am- Bus drops off everyone at Elephant Hill
